This policy informs you about which data we process when you use the Lystero platform, for what purposes, and to whom it is disclosed.

Account and contact data: name, email address, optionally phone number, profile details and login data (including login via Google or Apple).
Listing data: title, description, images, price, location (e.g. canton/postal code) and other information you provide.
Payment and payout data: when you use Safe Pay, payments are processed via our payment service provider. Full card details are processed exclusively by that provider and are not stored by us. For payouts to sellers we process the bank details provided (IBAN, account holder).
Communication data: messages, enquiries and support tickets handled via the platform.
Usage and log data: IP address, device and browser information, access times and pages viewed.
Processing is based on contract performance, your consent, legal obligations and our legitimate interest in a secure and functional marketplace.
To provide our services we use carefully selected processors and disclose data only to the extent necessary:
Some of these providers are based in countries outside Switzerland and the EU (incl. the USA, China). In such cases we ensure, where necessary, an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). Disclosure takes place only to the extent required for the respective purpose.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (incl. encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These measures are continuously adapted to the state of the art.
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. in connection with payments). Thereafter the data is deleted or anonymised.
We may amend this privacy policy, for instance in the event of a changed legal situation or new features. The version published on the platform at the relevant time is authoritative.
